The flat-rate menu
- Jumpstart + battery check — we jump it, then test whether the battery or alternator is the real story, so you're not calling again tomorrow
- Lockout — modern damage-free entry tools; faster and cheaper than a locksmith for most vehicles
- Tire change — your spare goes on; if the spare's dead or missing, the flatbed's right there
- Fuel delivery — enough to reach a station, judgment-free
Where these calls actually happen
Parking decks downtown and at Short Pump. VCU student lots at midnight. The airport economy lot after a week away. Driveways in Glen Allen on cold mornings. Roadside jobs are usually somewhere ordinary — the emergency is the schedule you're missing, which is why an honest ETA matters as much as the fix.
The honest upsell disclosure
A jump that works isn't always a problem solved — a battery that dies twice is telling you something. We'll test it and say plainly whether you need a battery, an alternator, or nothing at all. What we won't do is scare-sell you parts from the side of the road.
Frequently asked questions
Can you unlock any car without damage?
The overwhelming majority, yes, with proper entry tools. A few exotic or heavily armored designs are locksmith territory — we'll tell you on the phone rather than experiment on your door.
Do you sell batteries on-site?
We jump and test; battery replacement is worth doing at a parts store or with your mechanic where you can choose the battery. We'll tell you exactly what the test showed so nobody upsells you later.
I ran out of gas on the Powhite. Is that a thing you fix?
Constantly. Enough fuel to get you off the parkway and to a station — no commentary included.
